not good

the app crashes every time I turn it on. Videos dont work. They want you to pay to get new exercises for each month. Crap.

Great workout app!!!

App is good. My only complaint is that the workouts are really tough. I downloaded another month already! Worth every penny!

Amazing workouts...love me some bootcamp!

The daily workouts are so challenging! Theres a different exercise routine for daily use, targeting all body parts, or you can choose a workout for a specific area of your body- they are all intensely challenging, and you burn!
I took the app with me on vacation, and completed some of the workouts in my hotel room! Avoiding the exercises which seemed to bother my current injury, and when I contacted Stacy she was so helpful and offered lots of modifications!
It's very user friendly, easy to follow along, and very detailed so as to prevent injuries. Very motivating tool! Keep em coming!!
